Apartheid hjææælp

Men jeg kan kort give jer det her, som er fra en opgave: 

Apartheid is an Afrikaans term and it basically means “to keep apart the races apart” or segregate the blacks from the whites. It was established in 1948, when a new government introduced laws that made the lives of black and white people differently. The blacks and whites were not allowed to get married to each other, had to use different hospitals, buses, schools and couldn't even use the same beaches. All power was given to the whites. The blacks did not have the same human rights as the whites. For example if a black man was found raping a white woman he could expect years in prison, whereas a white man raping a black woman would probably be charged a small fine. Apartheid prevented black people from living or working in town unless they had the right papers. That meant they had to live and stay in very poor areas until they were needed for a job.    

I kan så også komme ind på Nelson Mandela. 

I kunne evt. komme ind på hvordan de sorte og hvide var splittet fra hinanden, fx måtte de sorte kun befinde sig i nogen særlige områder. 

Nelson Mandela, som er kendt for at være en frihedskæmper uden at bruge vold. Han havde en stor indflydelse i at afskaffe apartheid.
