Many people are annoyed by using of cell pones and text messages at work. Nearly each of us has Cell phone these days. We like talking on Cell phones, sending texet messages, it is a good way to communicate. But in the last few weeks I've seen people misuse it. they speak and send text masseges on the work place, and in work time. I invites them to take a decision to make som rules in this area. I propose that employes must be called to a meeting where we can discussed the problems.
Tom Rotherham, the chief executive of the accounting firm RSM McGladrey, had made a rule if a cellphone rings under a meeting he demands $50 from the perpetrator. Perhaps we can also create such a rule. where the person must get a tikket of $50.
My point though is more subtle. Rather than providing a path out of the current mess, credible inflation targeting may be making things worse. Others will keep their jobs while we lose ours. If we do not do anything about it.
