A woman is not satisfied, before she has a great job and a perfect family. Nowadays women will not just go at home and take care of the children. They wants some serious challenges. The young employees don’t want to follow in their parent’s footsteps. They don’t want to work all day long, they knows there are more in life than just working from dawn to dusk.

I think it is a great progress we see right now. I don’t think it is just the women’s responsibility to take care of the children. I mean that men and women should share the responsibility. I think it is great, that we see both men and women going on MBA and afterwards working on flexible hours so they can combine work and family. Now we also see that workplaces are accepting the flexible hours concept. All these demands are much demanding for the companies. A company nowadays shall be preparing to give an employee the day off because of a sick child or maybe an employee wants to work home one day. The employee wants a lot of assets, and it is important that the companies are ready to give them. If they don’t give the employees all the good assets, the employees find a better place to work and use there knowledge. People want to do so many things in their life and they want to do it now not tomorrow, that results in loans. So acutely the employees don’t have the time to work so much, but on the other hand they have to work much, to pay there loans back. So we see that the employees don’t want to work so much, but have to earn much money. That doesn’t fit together, unless the employees are well educated. So they can get a big pay check at the end of every month.

We see that the young employees are changing attitudes; they want to focus both on their families and at the same on their work. Then it is great that the woman’s can work on flexible-hours. People are changing their life way they will have experiences now. That is why they have to earn much money and work long. I think it is a great progress we are looking at. Women and men are now not forced to choose between their work or their family. Now we see the women’s can get a perfect family and at the same they have an exciting work. I really don’t think this will make men and women more equal, because now the women’s can work on flexible hour whit the same they go home. But it is better than the women chose to go home, it is a steep in the right direction.

I think it is great, that we see both men and women going on MBA and afterwards working on flexible hours so they can combine work and family. Now we also see that workplaces are accepting the flexible hours concept. All these demands are much(very/extremly) demanding for the companies. A company nowadays shall(must) be preparing(prepared) to give an employee the day off because of a sick child or maybe an employee wants to work home one day. The employee wants a lot of assets, and it is important that the companies are ready to give them. If they don’t give the employees all the good assets, the employees find a better place to work and use(give/apply) there(their) knowledge. People want to do so many things in their life and they want to do it now (and) not tomorrow, that(which) results in loans. So acutely(??) the employees don’t have the time to work so much, but on the other hand they have to work much(alot), to pay there loans back( evt. pay off their loans). So we see that the employees don’t want to work so much, but have to earn much(alot if) money. That doesn’t fit together, unless the employees are well-educated. So they can get a big pay check at the end of every month.

Du skal nok prøve at få sætningerne til at hænge mere sammen - slet nogle punktummer, smid nogle fyldeord ind osv.

Der skal ikke "s" på et verbum bøjet i 3. person flertal fx. they want, they have, they need osv. IKKE they wants, they needs, they haves.

Der skal kun apostrof i et navneord hvis det ejer noget fx. the woman's cat, eller hvis verbet og navneordet er trukket sammen - the woman's mad = kvinden er skør/the woman is mad.

Håber det hjælper
