Apartheid means separation in African in South Africa. Apartheid was a system of ethnic separation. Under the apartheid system people be legally classified into racial groups and a series of laws turn up for example: no mixed marriages, no sexual relationship between a white person and a black person, all citizens have to be registered like black, whites, coloured or Asian.
And the Group Area Act where the races be separated from each other. The government could legally tear down black slum districts without give a notice of it. Also the passport laws went tighten up, black and coloured should have there ID at themselves day and night.
In the story “Tell Freedom” the black people live in a country in a slum district they have not so much food and they fight a fight to get an education come out of South Africa.
In the story “The Bench” we see it is the white people who make the laws. It is not easy to be a black person in a town of rules made of white people if you are a black man and want to sit dawn don’t decide to sit you on a white man’s bench it can hurts.

Har ikke kigget det hele igennem, men
Under the apartheid system people be legally classified ... 'be' skal vel udskiftes med are, were eller become, eller har jeg overset noget?
Det samme er i øvrigt her:
...Group Area Act where the races be separated from each other.
...should have there ID at themselves day and night ... There skal udskiftes med their.
i sidste linje, dawn = down. Og så mangler der vist nogle kommaer eller punktummer der til sidst.
Ellers ser det fint ud ;-)
