The paper examines with the company Bestseller A/S, funded by Troels Holch Povlsen, which is a big concern with 12,000 external multi-brand stores. The paper gives an account of for the company Bestseller with main focus on the multi-brand Vila A/S, which selling clothes for women and an account of the concept of branding. The study has an analysis of Vila’s marketing, target group buying behaviour, buying motives and psychological traits. Vilas marketing will be analysed by the 4 P’s and the psychological traits by Maslow's hierarchy of needs. The paper explains that branding is the most important a company have. The paper analyses Vila’s promotion, branding and Vila’s online-homepage and shows Vila has success with their online marketing. The paper assesses promotion and branding of Vila, and show what Vila can do, to strengthen the brand. The paper concludes that Vila brand themselves well in relation to the target group, because of their marketing on ex. Facebook.
