Er der nogle, der vil være behjælpelige med at rette min abstract. Det er første gang, jeg har skrevet en abstract, så konstruktiv kritik vedrørende sprog og indhold ville være skønt.

This paper examines the effect of manipulation and cognitive restructure the Germans were exposed to during Hitler’s reign, a manipulation caused by the minister of propaganda for the period of the national socialistic government, Josef Goebbels. It accounts for social psychological theories that underlie the inhumane conduct, and attempts to explain the moral disengagement in justification of the perpetration of inhumanities. Albert Bandura is one of the pioneers in the study of human development, and his theory of moral disengagement is significant in the attempt to elucidate how inhumane conducts are being justified. He introduces various ways how perpetrators might justify their inhumane actions. These terminologies are described in the paper: Moral Justification, Euphemistic Labeling, Advantageous Comparison, Displacement of Responsibility and Dehumanization.
Likewise the paper examines how it was possible to manipulate and restructure the Germans, and which means the national socialistic government applied in order the achieve this.
