Hej
I mit afs projekt har jeg om en tøj producent der skal eksportere til kina, men hvad kan jeg komme ind på i eksport motiver udover fx sige at de ligger proaktivt ?

under the proactive export motives, which by the way are offensive strategies, you can elaborate on the internal and external factors within the proactive motives. furthermore it might be an idea to mention that a company (most likely SME's Small and Medium-sized enterprises)uses proactive motives to take advantage of their own strenght or their external opportunities. when defining your export motives you can elaborate on following points:
(internal)
Profit and growth goals.
managerial urge.
technology competance/ or a unique product.
foreign market opportunities/ market information.
economies of scale
and tax benifits

e.g. growning China market
