Abstract

06. marts 2011 af Tweet (Slettet)

Hej derude, jeg er igang med at skrive en abstract, hvilket jeg har vært ved. Jeg har indtil videre skrevet:

The paper examines bacteria and antibiotics which are a combination of the subjects chemistry A and biology b. The problem is that more and more bacteria become resistant towards antibiotics. The methods used were analyses of how antibiotics function and an experiment where the antibiotic called sulphanilamide was produced. The experiment contains three synthesis of sulphanilamide: in first synthesis there was produced p-acetamidobenzensulfonylchlorid. In second there was produced p-acetamidobenzensuphanilamide. Finally in third synthesis there was produced sulphonamide. The result of the experiment was the antibiotic, sulphanilamide. At last examine how bacteria develop resistant towards antibiotics. The conclusion is that bacteria can transfer their DNA which contains a gene that is resistant towards antibiotics. There are several ways of transferring the gene which contains resistant toward antibiotics. Thus there are lots of possibilities to develop resistant. Therefore more and more bacteria become resistant.

Men synes simpelthen ikke at det lyder godt nok.
