Oversættelse
Hej.
Jeg har en kort oversættelse, hvor der er nogle passager, som jeg ikke er helt sikker på.
Dansk:
Vi bekræfter modtagelsen af Deres brev af 6. juli. Vi beklager, at De ikke har modtaget de rigtige varer. Desværre lavede vor forsendelsesafdeling en fejl med papirerne, således at De fik nogle reservedele, der var bestemt til et andet firma. I dag har vi sendt de rigtige varer til Dem og beder Dem undskylde fejlen. Vi vil indføre en ny arbejdsgang i denne afdeling, således at fejl ikke vil ske igen. Samtidig har vi i dag sendt Dem en prisliste over vore mobiltelefoner MBT 27 og 28. Som De vil se, har vi nedsat priserne med 5%. Vor underleverandørs priser var alt for høje. Vi har derfor annulleret ordren hos ham og opnået bedre priser hos et andet firma.

We acknowledge the receipt of your letter of 6 July. We regret that you did not receive the right articles. Unfortunately our shipping department made a mistake with the papers, so that you got some spare parts which were destined for another firm. Today we have sent you the right products, and ask you to excuse the error. We will introduce a new working procedure in this department, so errors will not happen again. At the same time we have sent you a pricelist over our new cell phones MBT 27 and 28 today. As you will see we have reduced the prices by 5%. Our sub supplier’s prices were much too high. Therefore, we have cancelled the order with him and obtained better rates with another firm.

We acknowledge the receipt of your letter of 6 July. We (regret) are sorry that you did not receive the (right) articles ordered. Unfortunately our shipping department (made an mistake with)had got their paperwork(s) all wrong, (so that you got some) and consequently spare parts (which were destined for another firm) ordered by a different company were dispatched to you. Today we have sent you the right products, and (ask you to excuse the error) and wish to express our sincere apology. We (will) have decided to introduce a new working procedure in this department, (so) and errors like this (will) are not likely to happen again. (At the same time we have sent you) We enclose a (pricelist) price list (over) of our new (cell) mobile phones MBT 27 and 28 today. (As you will see) You will be pleased to note that we have reduced (the) prices by 5%. (Our s)Sub-supplier(’s)/Sub-contractor('s) prices were much too high. (Therefore, we have cancelled the order) Consequently we have discontinued business relations with him and succeded in obtaining(ed) better rates (with) from another firm.
