Jeg har virkelig brug for jeres hjælp. Skal til eksamen i HRM og har fået nogle eksempler på eksamensspørgsmål. Jeg vil derfor have skrevet en masse ved dem inden jeg skal op, men kan ikke komme nogen vegne med disse fire. Kan I hjælpe mig snarest?

1. What could be potential problems in an organization's policies towards international mobility. Drawing on relevant theory and research, explain why these issues are of concern and provide suggestions for improvement.

2. What is a truly global organization? 

3. Given the strategically important role of the general managers (GMs) at Organization Y, in light of the company’s present strategy and challenges, how would you go about designing a performance management system for the organization’s GMs?

4. Using relevant models of industrial relations and by comparing and contrasting Organizations X & Y, explain the nature of employee-employer relations at both these organizations and the problems faced by them with regards to the same.
