Abstract-rettelse?

Hej i kloge engelsk-mennesker out there!

Jeg har lavet mit første abstract nogensinde, og er af den grund lidt i tivl om det er fint nok, eller om jeg har sammensat det forkert. Så hvis I ville være søde og læse det igennem, og evt komme med noget feedback, ville ejg blive ekstremt glad!

This paper examines different causes and consequenses of ”The Great Famine” of Ireland in the 1840s with emphasis on Irelands physical geographical conditions back in historical time and today. Another factor which plays a big role in the horrific starvation is the Irish evolving demography and the diseases that prevailed at that time. A terrible blight which infected a large number of potatoes, had severe consequenses for the 8 million people all over Ireland. For a better humane understanding of how the starving people looked and felt under the hunger, an analysis of Jim Morris’ ”The Great Famine” will be made. Morris portrays the aspects of the hunger with a personal and dramatic feeling and gives us an extremely coloured vision of the famine’s horror. ”The Great Hunger” had a major influence on the Irish people. More than 1 million Irishmen lost their lives and numerous people emigrated to the US, Canada, and Britain.
