Hey hey.Er den her oversættelse grammatisk korrekt?
My grandmother lives in an old house. She is often alone, and therefore she is happy, when we visit her. Sometimes she both laughs and cries.
One of her friends lives next door. Two times a week they visit each other, and those two old ladies eat cake, drink coffee and talk.
Sometimes grandmother gets the photographs, and then she talks about her children and grandchildren. There is a picture of the whole family. There is one, I especially like. It shows me and our old dog, when it was twelve, and I was two.

Det er ikke meget galt :-)
" My grandmother lives in an old house. She is often alone, and therefore she is happy, when we visit her. Sometimes she both laughs and cries.
One of her friends lives next door. /Two times/ (Twice) a week they visit each other, and those two old ladies eat cake, drink coffee (,) and talk.
Sometimes grandmother gets the photographs, and then she talks about her children and grandchildren. There is a picture of the whole family. There is one *, I especially like*. It shows me and our old dog, when it was twelve, and I was two.
Bedre:
* [which] I like in particular *
/.../: slettes
(...): tilføjes / erstatter det slettede
Ellers ganske udmærket.
