Hej, er der en der vil være sød at rette denne engelsk oversættelse fra dk - eng.. På forhånd MANGE tak..
Om den kriminelle lavalder skal sættes ned er et tilbagevendende tema i den offentlige debat. Ikke så snart har en mindreårig begået en forbrydelse, før temaet endnu en gang dukker op i avisernes spalter og på TV-programmernes nyhedsudsendelser. Skal man begribe, hvad den kriminelle lavalder gør godt for, må man se den i et samfundsmæssigt perspektiv. At børn ikke er personligt ansvarlige for deres handlinger betyder ikke, at ingen er ansvarlige for børns handlinger. Det er jo utænkeligt, at der i samfundet skulle findes menneskelig adfærd, som ikke er nogens ansvar. De umyndige er underlagt andres myndighed; og ansvaret for deres handlinger ligger helt klart hos dem, der har myndighed over dem. Hvad børn angår, hører de under forældrenes myndighed, og forældrene er ansvarlige for deres opførsel. Beskrivelsen rammer derfor plet, når man hævder, at hvis børn overtræder loven, er det forældrene, som er forbrydere, og følgelig er det dem, der skal straffes.

About children concerns, they belong under the parents authority, and the parents are responsible for their behaviour. The description was therefore spot-on , when we maintain, that if children breaks the law, it is the parents, who are the criminal, and consequently it is them, there will be punished.

WHETHER OR NOT the age of criminal responsibility have to be reduced is a continuING subject in public debate. NO SOONER THAN(FAST UDTRYK, SE UNDER SNART I ORDBOG) a MINOR (INFANT BETYDER SPÆDBARN)has COMMITTED (TID) a crime, the subject once again turns up in the newspapers' (GENITIV-APOSTROF EFTER FLERTALSORD MED S-ENDELSE) COLUMNS (SPALTER I FLERTAL) and on the television programmes'(GENITIV-APOSTROF EFTER FLERTALSORD MED S-ENDELSE) NEWS REPORTS. IN ORDER TO understand, what the age of criminal responsibility is BENIFICIAL for, ONE WILL have to see it from a social point of view. THE FACT THAT children are not personal responsible for their actions DOESN'T MEAN (OMSKRIVNING MED TO DO), that nobody IS responsible of the CHILDREN'S (GENITIV-APOSTROF+S) actions. It is AFTER ALL inconceivable, that IN SOCIETY HUMAN BEHAVIOUR SHOULD EXIST, WHICH IS NOBODY'S responsibility. The underage are placed under THE authority OF OTHERS (DU SKULLE HAVE HAFT APOSTROF PÅ OTHERS I GENITIV, MEN FONETIKKEN I SÆTNINGEN BLIVER MERE FORSTÅELIG, HVIS DU LAVER EN OF-KONSTRUKTION); and the responsibility of their actions lies completely with THOSE, WHO HOLDS THE authority over them. CONCERNING children, they belong under the PARENTS' (GENITIV-APOSTROF VED S-ENDELSER) authority, and the parents are responsible for their behaviour. The description IS (RAMMER I NUTID) therefore ACCURATE (SPOT-ON ER TALESPROG, HVILKET IKKE FREMKOMMER I FORMELT SKRIFTSPROG PÅ ENGELSK) when IT IS MAINTAINED, that if children BREAK (FLERTAL) the law, it is the parents, who are the CRIMINALS (FLERTAL), and consequently THEY ARE THE ONES, WHO will be punished.
