The Danish ministry of health is urgently recommending us to exercise at least four hours a week. Many people might think that it sounds overwhelmingly but exercise does not always have to be equivalent to time-consuming, painful and dripping with sweat efforts. It is not that hard to put four hours of weekly exercise in our daily programme, without it even being noticed. We have to combine the useful with the pleasant, says one of the advices that is aim against building injuries. Most people could easily spend half an hour doing a normal duty for example making a walk to the grocer, an exercise walk instead. The experts insist that exercise does not only benefit the physical health. You also get it far better mentally when you are using your body. Hopefully if it happens in a sudden way, that does not take away ones happiness at exercise.

It is not that hard --> It is no problem (whatsoever)....
daily programme --> el: daily schedule
One of.... ---> el:
grocer --> grocer's
The Experts --> el: Excercise is not only good for the physical health, the experts claim.
That is... --> That is to say if it is done in such a way that it does not take away one's joy of excercising.
