En af vores venner ,Knud , praler af , at han kender alle faldgruberne. Men vi glæder os til at se lave ham lave en fejl en dag. Og så vil vi minde ham om , at han ikke er ufejlbarlig.
Forleden dag var han til retten i Hereford ; politiet havde mistanke om ,at han havde kørt bil efter at have drukket for meget..Knud og hans advokat protesterede mod ,at han var arresteret,men de var var bange for ,at dat ikke nytter at klage ,til trods for at han er så god til at tale engelsk. Så han kan regne med at han er nødt til at blive der . Nu sidder han og længes efter ,at vi skriver til ham. Vi er overbevidst om at hans arrestation skyldes , at politiet havde misforstået situationen .Og vi håber trods alt, at historien ender med at han får love til at komme hjem.

The other day was he at the court in Hereford; the police had a suspicion , of him driving after he had drink too much. Knud and his lawyer protested against the
arrestation , but they are afraid of, it no being in use to complain ,in spite of the fact ,that he is very good at english. So he he can count on , him being obliged to stay there.
Now he is in jail and longs for us, to wright to him.We are convinced about ,his arrestation is due to the police having
misunderstanding te situation.
We hope in spite of everything ,that the story will end ,with him getting home.

Ordende skrevet med fed er dem jeg er usikre på. Da jeg ikke er 100 % sikker, så kan du jo prøve at få andre til at hjælpe. Da du ikke havde fået andre svar tænkte jeg, at jeg ligeså godt kunne give det et forsøg. Håber det hjælper og giver noget indsigt

Det er en meget kort oversættelse ,hvorfor er der ingen der vil rette lidt på den?

* det er ordende "drinked" og "suspicion" jeg er usikker på. Mine kommaer er nok også værd at kigge på en ekstra gang. Er jo ikke verdensmester. Hehe. ;)
