1) Efter flere år i udlandet vendte familien jensen i 1987 tilbage til Danmark.
After many years in foreign countries the family jensen in 1987 returned to Denmark.
2)Om hundrede år er alting glemt.
About hundred years everything is forgotten.
3) Hvis politiet havde vidst det dengang, ville de selvfølgelig have hanndlet anderledes.
If the police have known it at that time, they would of course have acted different.
4)SElv om sekretæren havde læst instrukserne grundigt, forstod hun stadig ikke helt, hvordan maskinen fungerede.
Even when the secretary has read the instructions carefully, she still didnot quite understand how the machine worked.
5)hvad enten de solgte gården og tog til USA eller fortsatte under de samme vanskelige vilkår, så fremtiden ikke alt for lovende ud.
Whether they sold the yard and went to USA or continued under the same difficult conditions, the future didnot seem too promising out.

9) For en uge siden vidste Marjorie endnu ikke, hvordan hun skulle skaffe de penge.
For a week ago, Marjorie still/yet didnot know how she should get the money.
10) På den tid var der betydelig flere sociale tabere, lød argumentet.
At that time there were considerable more social losers, the argument sounded.
Håber virkelig at nogle vil se på det..

2)In 100 years, everything is forgotten
3)If the police had known it then, then of course they would have acted differently

5)Whether they sold the farm and went to the USA or continued under the same conditions, their future did not look too bright
6)That summer the parents were so busy with the business, that Pedro rarely saw them. Sunday however, they all went to the movies together.
