Er der nogen der kan rette det her:
Roger Hedlund is a father of two teenage girls, Cathy and Martha. He is an owner of a farm in Lake Wobegon. He lives on it together with his family and his big dog, Oscar. At the same moment it rains, Roger lay worrying about his unplanted corn. He tries to kill time by thinking of irrelevant things like his daughter's new cat.
His wife, Cindy, loves him and she is afraid of the fact that he is driving them crazy. She offers him to go away and do something this weekend, but he doesn’t think that Cathy and Martha are old enough, that they can stay alone at home – all other parents think in the same way. For some reason he accepts to drive to Grand Rapids and leave the alone.
Due to the fact that he doesn’t trust them he turns back. Roger stands with a big question mark on his face and can’t believe what his little daughters have done. He has forgotten that he had done the same as a teenager.
It is clearly that he loves his daughters and tries to show them the right way, but he forgets that they wants to enjoy their life like all other teenagers.

Roger er en far til to piger. Han er en gårdejer i Lake Wobegon. Han bor på gården sammen med han familie og stor hund. I samme øjeblik det regner, lægger Roger bekymret over hans ’’ unplanted corn’’. Han prøver at fordrive tiden ved at tænke på nogle urelevante ting, som han datters ny kat.
Hans kone elsker ham og hun er bange for at han køre dem carzy. Hun tilbyder ham til at tage væk i denne weekend, men han tror ikke at Cathy og Martha er gamle nok til at blive alene hjem – alle forældre tænker på samme måde. Af en eller anden grund accepterer han at kører til Grand Rapids and lade dem alene.
På grund af han ikke stoler på dem vender han tilbage. Roger står med et stor spørgsmålstegn på hans ansigt og kan ikke tro på hvad han små piger har gjort. Han har glemt, at han har gjort det sammen da han var teenager.
