Oversættelse - fejlretning

Jeg har skrevet følgende engelske oversættelse. Nu kender I selvfølgelig ikke den danske tekst - og orker ikke lige at skrive den - men hvis I kunne se nogle grammatiske fejl, ville det være fantastisk rart... :)

After the Dunblane tragedy, where a man entered a Scottish school and shot 16 students and their teacher, is a working group, appointed by the British government, brought forward no less than 22 suggestions, that will do the English schools more safe. The areas around the schools must be fenced and the schoolyards must have electronic surveillance.
Furthermore the teachers must learn self-defence, since a rising number of students behave so violently today, that there teachers deny teaching them. As an example became a London head teacher stabbed by two 15-year-old teenagers, when he would prevent them from attacking one of his students.
