Hjælp oversættelse!!! plz...

Hjælp mine engelskkundskaber svigter mig!!!.. Er der ikke nogen der vil se om min oversættelse af den danske tekst er rigtig... (dvs. vi har fået udleveret den danske del, og jeg har oversat til den engelske!)

Murphy er maskinarbejder, og i de tre år han har været gift, har han været på natholdet. Når han står og passer sin maskine, drømmer han om sin kone og det barn de venter. Og han tænker tit på hvor meget rarere det ville være om han lå hjemme i sengen hos Felicity. Grunden til at han ikke arbejder om dagen er penge, det kan nemlig bedre betale sig at være på natholdet, og de prøver at spare sammen til eget hus. Derfor nøjes de med to små værelser, og de fleste uger klarer de sig for Felicitys 1øn.
Murphy is a mechanic, and in the three years he has been married, he has been on the night shift. When he stands and operates his machine he dreams about his wife and the baby they are expecting. And he often thinks how much nicer it would be if he was at home lying in the bed with Felicity. The reason to why he is not working in the daytime is money, night shift gives a better income and they are trying to save money to their own house. Therefore they content with the two small rooms, and in the most weeks they manage with Felicity’s salary.
