Familien Whiteman havde altid levet ret traditionelt.
The Whiteman’s had always lived traditionally. They had their roots in the Victorian England and thought that the development in the modern Europe went too fast.
Earlier, they had their permanent cabin on Queen Mary, they had visited most of the colonies, they were used to fine hotels such as The Hilton and Plaza and at least one time in the month they went to concerts in the Royal Albert Hall. They could not really get used to all the chances: They thought that BBC had become frivolous, British car brands such as Rover and Bentley were replaced by Fiat and Mazda, and the London they had cared about was slowly ruined by modern architecture. They were longing for the good old days, before IRA before EU simply before everything went upside down.
