Habeous Corpus has been removed "for our safety", and some citizens will know what I'm talking about...
Wake up America!!! Your rights and liberties are being STOLEN FROM UNDERNEATH YOUR NOSE by the unscrupulous and corrupt Bush administration!
Bush sighed the Military Commisions act bill into LAW yesterday. What does this mean to America? Well, in part, Bush has DONE AWAY with the right of Habeas Corpus. And that's more than just Latin. Habeas Corpus is the right we as Americans have GUARANTEED BY THE CONSTITUTION to a fair trial.
In America, those accused of crimes have the UNALIENABLE right under Habeas Corpus to:
A) Be told why we've been arrested.
B) NOT be held or detained without probable cause.
C) Face our accusers.
D) A fair trial.
E) Access to counsel.
F) Be released on our own recognizance if there are no valid charges.
Or, at least we did...Until YESTERDAY.
Bush signed the bill into law, and effectively unconstitutionally dissipated Americans' guaranteed right to Habeas Corpus. This now means that, AT ANY TIME, ANY American citizen can be legally pulled off the street, jailed without probable cause, held for any length of time without charges, or access to a lawyer, or any trial. And, while imprisoned, anyone can be tortured to the point of organ failure or even DEATH...ALL WHILE NEVER BEING TOLD THE REASON THEY'RE BEING IMPRISONED.
I swear to fucking God I am NOT MAKING THIS UP.
And the worst part? There has been no challenge to this totalitarian measure. Not from the Republican-controlled Congress, who voted the bill onto the president's desk. Not from the Supreme Court, which Bush has stocked with his lackeys. Not from the Attorney General, who stood there and applauded while Bush signed Americans' rights away.
This maneuver represents nothing less than the total destruction of the bedrock principles upon which this country was founded, and built. It is a nothing short of a WAR CRIME. ANY American who values this county and our freedoms need to WAKE THE FUCK UP!!! We should all be OUTRAGED. Any soldier who has fought and died to uphold the liberties of this country has just had the memory of their sacrifice RAPED and MURDERED.
This is not hyperbole. I am not overreacting. This is the beginning of the end of America. It is our duty as American citizens to fight the enemy within our own borders: The corrupt Bush administration.

Fik ikk lige set videoerne, men teksten lyder sgu da relativt foruroligende... Hvordan kan det være at den sag ikk har fået mere medieopmærksomhed??? Jeg har overhovedet ikk hørt om det før nu, men det er måske bare mig der er langsom.
Ihf kan det sagtens betragtes som første skridt på vejen mod et fint lille diktatur...

Se videoerne... det et stort emne i USA nu.
USAs første skridt til et nyt Nazi samfund. Det kan måske være lidt for meget at læse, og specielt på engelsk, men dagen hvor dette er skidt vil nok blive husket som dagen hvor det hele stort set begyndte.
USA = Diktatur, og de fede McD lovers derover har ikke lyst til at gøre noget ved det.
