The Reebok award
The same year Reebok founded an award, which each year is given to a young person who has
made an extraordinary effort for human rights. The award of about $ 25.000 is among others given
to one of the Chinese leaders of the student rebellion on Tiananmen Square. In 1992 the award went
to the, at that time, 12 year-old boy Iqbal Masih who was reduced to slavery to a carpet factory at
the age of four. For six years he worked 12-14 hours a day. When he got himself out of slavery he
traveled around the world telling his story, which created a lot of debate and boycott of several
countries using slavery and child labour. In February this year, 15 year-old Iqbal Masih was
murdered.

The award of about $25,000 has been given to, amongst others, one of the Chinese.... Dette bør være i datid, med mindre at prisen hvert år går til de kinesiske ledere. Husk at man på engelsk bytter om på , og . når man taler om tal.
