Er der ikk nogen der gider rette denne tekst. Meget vigtigt :S
A lot of years of Mandel’s life were spent in prison, and the text tells informatively short about it. At the first time Nelson Mandela came to the Robben Island, he got a disgusting welcome .
The informative illuminations deal with how the prisoners have survived in the prisons. Nelson Mandela and other prisoner, who were in prison, lived (under very circumstance.) The text deals with bad conditions in the prisoners cells.
The breakfast had a difference on Robben Island. The food was shared up in race. Besides that, they all got the same maize porridge tree times during the day. This system got abolishing, but the white people got better food than the rest of the prisoners.
In the first many years the prisoners could not have visit by their families. Later they got permission to have visit two times at the year but just for ½ times.
A normal weekday for Mandela happens in this way. They had to be woken every morning 05.30 am. Thereafter they worked in Robben Island chalk and quarry. Their breakfast was neither not the best one you could imagine. It composed among other things of maize porridge, carrot or beetroot. The text tells about his family, that he seldom saw his wife, and if they finally was allowed to visit each other there was a prison warder behind each of them, and he kept watch over them. Actually the prisoners had not peace. They could not anything they wanted. The prisoners were made to work on stone quarries in the courtyard.
Nelson Mandela did change the rules. He protested for instance to wear short trousers and after 3 years they were all allowed to wear long trousers.
If they wanted to study they should pay for the books, but concerning this Nelson was shrewd. It was not illegal to read about important subjects, but Nelson did it in hide.
He got an offer in 1976 that if he supported the Government’s policy on apartheid he could go free, but certainly he refused.
There was not any contact to the surrounding world. When Nelson’s eldest son was killed in a car crash, he was not allowed to go the funeral. Also when his mother died he could not and it was hard for him. The text ended up with lots of improvements for the prisoners. They got rights after 15 years trying.

Synes det lyder bedre at skrive
" A big part of Mandela's life was spent in prison and the text does only deal with it superficially. The first time NM came to Robben Island he received an unpleasant..."
Der er efter min mening en del der godt kunne omformuleres.. Nogle steder bruger du "informative illuminations" uden det giver nogen mening for mig.
