In the past few years, violence between young teens just keeps getting more and more vicious.
The most prevalent kind of violence in Denmark is “Happy slapping”. Happy slapping is a serious form of bullying.
It is most innocent people on the street “the teen gangs” do it against. They beat burn, kick, and spit the person that they are violent against. At the same time they film the recording.
They show the film to their friends, and sometimes they lay the film online, so everybody can see it.
Happy slapping aroused (arose) in the nineties in England, where it just started as a harmless recreational fun, among teens. After that it has spread out to the rest of the world.
The only thing which has changed is that “happy slapping” is more violent today than before.
We have always known bulling, but not to the gravity as “happy slapping” is an expression of.
In Denmark is” happy slapping” more common among girls than boys, and “happy slapping” is still a rising problem here in Denmark.
