stor betydning for sundheden.
---
Mit hidtige bud på en oversættelse:
According to expert knowledge, about half of the Danish population are in exceptionally bad shape. We simply don’t move enough despite the fact that we know how important it is to stay in shape.
The poor state is probably caused by the still common belief that one must suffer to look good. It’s completely misunderstood: Extreme physical training seems to be harmful to the body and to weaken the immune system, whereas regular exercise is vital to health.
The daily ride on a bicycle is therefore a splendid opportunity to get two things done at once. Not only does the bicycle solve some of the transport issues of the modern society, it also helps us to stay in shape. It’s not as dangerous to ride a bicycle as many people think either, as long as one is alert, doesn’t take chances and complies with the traffic regulations.
Mine bekymringer går især på:
1. afsnit: about half of.
2. afsnit: the poor state
2. afsnit: vital to health.
