Cultural differences
There’s many different ways to greet another person. In some countries you shake hands, some countries you bows, some countries you kiss the cheek, and some countries you do something totally else, for example nose kisses. In countries like Denmark, England and America we shake hands or give a hug if we know the person well. But it’s mostly the women who give hugs, because many men wants to be very masculine, and they don’t think it’s masculine to hug another man for too long.
In the Arabic countries it’s almost the opposite, they hugs, nose kisses and give each other kisses on the cheeks, some even hold hands in the public, because they see it as mutual respect, while we in Denmark see as two gay people.
Also the ways of dressing are very different. In many countries both men and women can wear jeans, and many does that almost every day in countries such Denmark or England.
There’s many ways of child raising. For example in Denmark our children have a lot of freedom, while children in countries such as China or Syria don’t really have any freedom, and their childhood is very strict. It’s often poor countries there’s the strictest, because they shall make sure to have enough money for food, and therefore they are extremely focused on the children’s education. The children have to help and work a lot, and there is therefore almost no time for fun.
But it’s not only the poorness there has an influence, also the religion has a big influence on how you are raised. In Christianity there’s a big focus on charity, while the Muslims has a bigger focus on Allah. The Christians’ are often not very focused on the bible and their religion, because they are raised to be free independent people. The Muslims are raised to believe in Allah, and to follow all his rules very carefully. They are very focused on the family, and they are very dependent on their family in their whole life, because when the parents gets older the sons take care of them.
Some people have never tried to drive in a car, eat a cheeseburger or something like that. These things are something that we modern people see as some of the most normal things in life. We live stressful lives, where work and health takes a lot of the time, and often we forget about each other. Poor people are used to do one thing at the time, and often to live in a very small community, for example if they are farmers. They help each other a lot more, than we modern people do.
So when poor people come to these modern countries, they can’t believe how somebody can live like that. They are almost afraid of the people, because they all seem stressed and no one are noticing each other.
Body languages have ones been very different in the many countries, but American television has resulted that the cultural body language differences are disappearing. People are travelling a lot more these days, than they did just twenty years ago.

Ved et hurtigt kig var det de fejl der stod mest ud. Du burde nok generelt lade være med at bruge "contractions" skriv it is i stedet for it's, skriv cannot i stedet for can't osv.
