hej venner jeg har en opgave som jeg skulle læse en teskt på 4 sider og skrive resume eller summary af den tekst men sumaary skulle være 200 orde. jeg har skrevet den men den bleve til 441 orde. kan i hjælp mig med at ret den og lave den til 200 ord. plzzz det meget haster jeg skal aflever den i day ind kl. 15:30

Summary
100 years ago we didn’t worry about keeping fit. Because a large number of world population was working very hard, they used their body not power tool.
The developed world proved that the old energy-balance equations-calories in should be equal calories out.
Health professionals and the popular press and magazines have focused on the intake side of the equation. That we are eating too much fat, but we are not burning enough calories.
Dr. Tim Church, medical director says about two kinds of epidemics in USA, one obesity and the other physical inactivity, one is topic of cocktail conversation and the other is ignored.
TIME magazine aims to address that imbalance in a special report on getting fit. That why should we be concerned about fitness? Because it is as bad as it is to be overweight.
Some health authorities believe that a lots of the health risks of obesity – diabetes, heart attack, high blood pressure and cancers are familiar to most of us, but physical activity confers its own benefits.
Harold Kohl at Health Branch U.S governments Center talks about how dose exercise help? “ reducing the risk of heart disease and restoring function after a heart attack, it helps in maintaining bone health in young or older adult, it can help to moderate blood pressure in people whit hypertension, it relieve depression and anxiety and it also assist in preventing breast cancers by effecting hormone levels.
The world Health Organization research and estimates that 1.9 million death every year in cause of the physical inactivity.
In the U.S a third of adults are obsess, and quarter of them do not exercise at. The average of 38% of E.U citizens claim to exercise once a week but 40% of them never do.
In Germany 23% of adults are obesity and 36% of the population take no exercise.
In Italy less than 10% of the population is obese and 58% of them take no exercise.
The reason for Europeans not doing sport is the lack of time. But medical opinion is behind the message that getting fit for life can be quick and need not gym or running shoes.
Americans were advised to get 30 min. per day to do physical activity and on most days 60 min. per day to control their weight.
Philipps Lamoureux director of Franc’s Institute for Prevention says, they wanted to show that it is possible to reach the level of activity without taking sport, and that the French government’s doctor ordered that bus and metro stations should encourage the passengers to get off a stop earlier and walk.
