Ud fra denne tekst skal jeg besvare disse 3 spørgmåler..

- What do you think about the disaster?
I think the disaster is very violent, because there are some people who are getting a hurt or dead.
- About disaster films?
If it is a documentary, it is some people, who have experienced it, but on the other side I think it is interesting. But if it is not a documentary, it is probably not especially funny because it's something that can happen in reality.
- Why do we watch them and how does that relate to how we respond to the real-world disasters?

When real disaster strikes the movies seem almost shameful, a cheapening of the real thing. Real suffer-ing. Real lives lost. So why do we watch them? Why do I?
I think we see the real violence of nature and we must make sense of it. We see ourselves and our world reflected back to us in the film. We have to find some way to control it, to live vicariously through a character who fights to survive against impossible odds. We want to believe we will survive or that we will be heroic and self-sacrificing. I want to believe that.
I think the real disasters are often hard to embrace, the reality too painful. The movie allows us to inte-ract with the pain safely.
