Blacks and whites in USA?
Hej jeg har lige et spørgsmål, som jeg ikke kan finde gode svar til.
Jeg vil helst have svarene/links på engelsk tak :)
Håber i kan hjælpe mig.
Spørgsmålet er: " Are blacks and whites at last equal in the USA? "

No, they are not. You may compare the number of black inmates in American prisons with that of white people.
You may also compare the rate of unemployment among Blacks to that among Whites.

# 1 right. As a consequence there are more Blacks than Whites who do not have the right to vote, because people who have been in prison do not have the right to vote in elections any longer.
There are also many inequalities in the USA as regards place of residence. Blacks are often residing in areas with a lower degree of living quality. There is more traffic noise, more exhaust fumes and industrial emissions, more environmental deterioration. Accordingly Blacks are more exposed to health threats as respiratory diseases and cardiovascular diseases.
