Hej til alle sammen jeg er en 9 klasser som tror at jeg har misforstået en opgave og har brug for nogen som kan rette min opgave da jeg ikke er sikker på at det jeg har skrevet er en essay eller omhandler det jeg skulle skrive om

The working market

The working market getting more important, because some countries get´s financial problems. There should to be more young workers so they can spend the money they earn, therefor are the young peoples important for a market place and a countries economy.   
The old workers should to use their money a bit more than save up the money, because it is important for a country that the old workers spent their money.

Background for the young workers

The young workers are more attractive to a work place if they do something important, and sometimes can they do the hard work, but if they every time making the hard and boring work will they be frustrated. So for keeping the young workers happy or neutral, do you need to give them some interesting stuffs.


Background for the old workers

The old workers will like to do stuff they already have done before, because they have much experience with the job they already have done, and would be happy to teach the young workers about the job they are doing.


The relationship between young and old workers

The relationship between young and old workers can be different, if the young workers, doesn’t want to learn how to make a job like an old worker would do, can it be a problem for an old worker to tell a young worker what to do, but if the young workers are interesting in how the old workers do their job can it be a good mix. So for a work place is it important that there is respect between young and old workers and not only among them self.

 

The young workers preferring

If the young workers had an opportunity to chose where to work or witch job to take, would most of them lean a bit to the fast and easy job, because they want to earn money in the fastest and easiest way. So to please them you have to give them something simple, but they can handle some hard work to the only problem is that they won´t do their best if it is every time them who should to make the difficult work they should to get some breaks (easy job).


The old workers preferring

If the old workers had an opportunity to chose where to work or witch job to take, would most of them work with something they have done before, because they would be pleased to do something that could be hard for young workers and easy for them. The old workers would try to be the leading one in a group with young workers, and they will use their experience to tell the others how to do the job.


How to adapt the working place

We have seen the main things of the young and old workers preferring and wishes. If we have adapt the working place should the BT make some groups who want to work without a leader and an other group with a leader (old worker), because some young workers want to be in a group with a leader and some doesn´t want it. The groups without a leader (many young workers) should to have many simple jobs so they don´t have some difficulty and the group with a leader (young workers with an old worker as a leader) should to get less jobs but more difficult jobs. So to prevent any problems between young and old workers, do you have to make different groups and try to give them some acceptable jobs.

Jeg begyndte at rette denne tekst for dig, men måtte give op. Den er for kaotisk og for fuld af håbløse udtryk og sætninger, som intet har med engelsk at gøre.
