Jeg har lavet følgende lille tekst, og efter selv at have tjekket den igennem efter bedste evne vil jeg gerne lige smide den op her. Hvis i mener der er ting der bør omformuleres eller lignende må i meget gerne sige til :-) stavefejl som word ikke har fanget er også velkomne.

It is very important to have good things associated with your brand, especially when selling parity. And this is where business ethics comes in to the picture. It is vital to be able to know which things are right and which are wrong. Not only legally but also morally. By having a set of rules that works like a guideline within your company, you will always be able to know exactly what to do in various situations. It can be used in the everyday life; it is comforting to always have a set of guidelines to lean on. And what can be better than doing the right thing? It is also important when unforeseen circumstances take place, and you need to take action right away. With a set of rules regarding business ethics, you will know just what to do and save a lot of time. And hopefully the company will get out of the situation with its reputation intact, and having handled the issue correctly.
Applying ethics in business makes good sense. A business that behaves ethically encourages other business associates to behave ethically as well. If a company (or a manager) exercises particular care in meeting all responsibilities to employees, customers and suppliers it usually is awarded with a high degree of loyalty, honesty, quality and productivity. For examples, employees who are treated ethically will more likely behave ethically themselves in dealing with customers and business associates.
An example of lack of ethics is Enron, and we all know what happened to them. In the end their lies caught up with them, and their empire started to collapse. All their departments went bankrupt and the employees were out of job.
Ethics are important not only in business but in all aspects of life because it is an essential part of the foundation on which of a civilized society is build. A business or society that lacks ethical principles is bound to fail sooner or later. So history has learnt us.
