We went to the office to ask if there was any news from our boss in England. We needed some information about the work we should do. Especially we needed two information and we had waited for them quit long time. We were also hoping that they had sent us some money, which was necessary if we should make good progresses. Among other things we needed a new car, when the old one was spoiled by a lightning, in a bad storm; it was a stroke of luck, that there at that time hadn’t been anyone in the car.
We could possibly have borrow the money here, when/because we needed them so hard, but you have to pay many interests at bank loans here in this country and the few businesses we had made with the local people had not been encouraging.
