Judge gives Negro 90 days in county jail.
Some small disagreements, between a landlord and a resident, developed to a big issue, and the resident notify the landlord to the police, due to his point of view on his rights. The landlord gets 90 days in county jail. However, is it possible that the reason to this trail is racisms?

Is it because he is black?
After the trail people began to talk about the situation. A lot of black people were angry and they said that the reason why the landlord was getting in jail was because the color of his skin. Black people started a big demonstration in front of the courthouse, as a way to show him their support. People were bad and threw glass bottles at the courthouse. The police was called and a lot of black people were arrested. But the demonstration distend stop the continue, and the demonstration was spread across the city. And it was a big problem for the police; they could not get the demonstration under control, so the police let demonstration go on.

Was du you mean the true problem was?
‘’ The true problem between me and the residents was that, the residents never pay his bills. And that the reason why I not fixed the roof, steps, and cut off the heat. The person the lives in my building was a hundred percent racist. One day I was going to demand the rent. He opens the door and is so a big Nazi flag on his wall. And I was in shock.’’
Were you afraid of him?
‘’ Yes sometimes he throw some wild parties, with his skin-head-friends. One night I got enough of his noise, and therefore I decided to go up and talk to him, but he didn’t seem happy about it. He and his friends started yelling words after me.’’
It sounds horrible.

How do you fell about these entire things that are happing around here?
‘’I think the case is being exaggerated by everyone in this building, I might be a racist but I have never shown it in public, especially not in the landlord´s presence. The Landlord is overreacting.’’
Why did it end up like this then?
‘’Because the landlord and me have some disagreements with the paying of the rent. I will not pay the rent, because he never comes and fix the roof, steps, he cut off my heat, and I was getting ill. And one day I fall over the broken step. And I broke my leg. And then I got enough and call the police.’’
The landlord gets 90 days in county jail, but he only serve 40 day of the 90 days. And the resident, had to pay his payment.
