The purpose of this assignment is to determine which living conditions yeast cell’s needs, in order to work efficiently to produce alcohol, also known as fermentation. In this assignment we would look at various aspect of the beer brewing process, especially it would take a deeper look into the mashing process in order to conduct why this step is so important for the following fermentation. In addition, we would look at how yeast cell’s grow, and how to determine at which point the yeast cell reaches the highest number of cell’s in standpoint to growth, by doing experiment and examinate several sources. The assignments analysis proved that yeast cells depends on the amount carbohydrates the mashing process has produced, the assignment also concluded that the maximum pace yeast cell’s reaches was at 320 minutes. The conclusion is that carbohydrates are necessary for yeast cell’s living condition and a growth model shows how the carbohydrates amount can affect the yeast cells population, both negative and positive.
