Last summer we rented a house in Wales. We had seen an advertisement in a Danish newspaper, after having discussed families’ plans, we write a letter to the address. The owner says that the house is vacant In July, and after we had studied the enclosed pictures, we decide to rent that in 14 days. We ordered ticket to the boat from Esbjerg to Harwich, and on the 30 June we started full of expectation. The weather was fin, and the sea was calm, we enjoyed our trip and arrived to Harwich in the middle of the day. On our way through England we passed several famous cities. We drank tee in Cambridge, one of they two old University cities, and admire the beautiful old bindings. As we approached Stratford-on-Avon Where Shakespeare was boon, we started to look after a place to stay for the night. We stopped at quite common house with a sign outside; it wrote B. & B. We where well received and got a double room and slept well.

Kom enlig med nogle retelser, jeg er total dålig til engelsk, så der må være mange...

TAK.
Mvh Kim

We were well received/welcomed and got a double room and slept well.

Ja, der er en del rettelser, men det er bestemt ikke så ringe endda.
Lad os tage den sætning for sætning. (Jeg har IKKE rettet kommaer)

Last summer we rented a house in Wales. PERFEKT.
We had seen an advertisement in a Danish newspaper, after having discussed families’ plans, we write a letter to the address.
DU MANGLER "AND" (..OG EFTER AT HAVE..). FAMILIES SKAL HAVE ET "THE" FORAN, OG SÅ SKAL DU HAVE APOSTROF+S I EJEFALD I STEDET FOR S+APOSTROF, HVILKET SÆTTER ORDET I FLERTAL. "SKREV" ER I DATID, SÅ DET SKAL "WRITE" JO OGSÅ VÆRE.
The owner says that the house is vacant In July, and after we had studied the enclosed pictures, we decide to rent that in 14 days.
"SAYS", "IS" OG "DECIDE" SKAL VÆRE I DATID. "IN" SKAL IKKE VÆRE MED STORT. PRØV AT BRUGE "WHEN" I STEDET FOR "AFTER" I DENNE SÆTNING. ERSTAT "THAT" MED "IT", DA DER IKKE ER NOGEN GRUND TIL AT LÆGGE TRYK PÅ.
"IN 2 WEEKS" = OM TO UGER,
"FOR 2 WEEKS"= I TO UGER.
We ordered ticket to the boat from Esbjerg to Harwich, and on the 30 June we started full of expectation.
"BILLETTER" ER I FLERTAL.
30. = 30th
"STARTED" KUNNE MED FORDEL ERSTATTES MED "SET OUT".
The weather was fin, and the sea was calm, we enjoyed our trip and arrived to Harwich in the middle of the day.
FINE.
DU MANGLER "SÅ" I "..SÅ VI NØD.."
IN HARWICH.
On our way through England we passed several famous cities.
NÅR DU BRUGER "PASSED" HER, GIVER DU ET INDTRYK AF AT REJSE FORBI BYERNE UDEN AT STOPPE I DEM. DU BLIVER NØDT TIL AT BRUGE "PASSED THROUGH", OG SÅ LEVE MED AT DU BRUGER ORDET TO GANGE.
We drank tee in Cambridge, one of they two old University cities, and admire the beautiful old bindings.
THEY = THE
"ADMIRE" I DATID
BYGNINGER = BUILDINGS.
As we approached Stratford-on-Avon Where Shakespeare was boon, we started to look after a place to stay for the night.
WHERE SKAL IKKE VÆRE MED STORT W.
FØDT = BORN
"BEGYNDTE VI AT KIGGE EFTER" = "..WE BEGAN LOOKING FOR.."
DU MANGLER AT OVERSÆTTE "PASSENDE". PRØV MED SUITABLE.
We stopped at quite common house with a sign outside;
DU SKAL HAVE EN UBESTEMT ARTIKEL TILKNYTTET HOUSE: "..QUITE A COMMON HOUSE.."
SÆTNINGEN SLUTTER MED PUNKTUM, IKKE SEMIKOLON.
it wrote B. & B.
"WROTE" VILLE MENE, AT SKILTET SELV SKRIVER, BRUG I STEDET "SAID" (DET FÅR IKKE SKILTET TIL AT TALE!).
We where well received and got a double room and slept well.
"WHERE" BETYDER HVOR, "WERE" BETYDER VAR.
