Parents and children

Many parents are worried about times having changed. In the past you didn’t have to be afraid of letting your teenage children go out at night. But nowadays young people can’t go to a night club on a Saturday without their parents being worried about them coming home in pieces.
The random violence has escalated without politicians having been able to do anything about it. But despite the fact that it is dangerous to go out at night there is no doubt that it is impossible to forbid young people to meet.
Many parents would like proof that their teenagers actually are where they have told their parents they will be, but the children will not hear anything about having to obey orders. They want to have fun and they wouldn’t dream about accepting a rule about having to be home by midnight.
Therefore there is no doubt about the fact that parent’s night sleep remains restless as long as they have teenage children, and this is due to the fact that children and youngsters want to have fun.
In spite of the fact that parents love their children they can sometimes become very annoyed about never getting enough sleep in the weekends. But instead of having something against the children going out in the weekends the parents can look forward to the children becoming old enough to move out. Then the old parents can go to bed early and be happy about the fact that they can sleep for as long as they want the next day.
