Shooting drama on finish school

Young man runs amok on finish school, where he shoots three people. The police who have surrounded the school say that one of the victims has lost his life.

Wednesday around noon the police surrounded “Jokelaskolen” in the town Tusby, south of Finland. Where a young man according to Finish media had shot and killed three people and fired at the police.

According to the information given by the police there is one dead person whereas to others are wounded.

It was a young 18 year old man who was behind the shooting, and apparently he started firing in the middle of a lesson. Earlier the Finish news agency FNB reported that the headmaster (I suspects he is a man, otherwise it is headmistress) was wounded by shoot.

Tusby is about 50 kilometres north to the capital of Finland, Helsingfors. The local authority has established an emergency centre in the city church, and here is among others the parents.

Det var en ung 18-årig mand, der stod bag skyderiet, og tilsyneladende åbnede han ild midt i en undervisningstime. Tidligere rapporterede det finske nyhedsbureau FNB, at skoleinspektøren var blevet såret af skud.

Tusby ligger omkring 50 kilometer nord for Finlands hovedstad, Helsingfors.
Lokalmyndighederne har etableret et krisecenter i byens kirke, og her opholder blandt andet forældrene sig.
