Hej. Kan nogen hjælpe mig med rettelser til mit abstract? :-)

This project sets out to investigate whether people still feel an obligation towards each other or simply leave the responsibility to others. By examining the changes of the identity formation through the last 30-50 years through quantitative material is it shown that the number of divorces has increased by 116,4% since 1960. The results pointed to tendencies of increasingly individualism in high modern society. Furthermore analyses of Katrine Marie Guldagers København and Naja Marie Aidt’s short story Som Englene flyver indicate a blossoming selfishness and passiveness in society. The British sociologist Anthony Giddens’ theories of high modern society and the French sociologist Pierre Bourdieu provide the background for a discussion of the relation between responsibility and detachment within man in high modern Copenhagen. Based on the two points of view it is concluded that human beings do not show less solidarity with other people. Instead a radicalization of solidarity has happened. It means that people feel sympathy and a responsibility for those, who are similar to one self.
