They have to be able to express themselves in English to have contact with other countries, both to promote international trade, and to maintain international communications in general. Kommentar: Jeg ville nok udskifte "In these times" med "Nowadays" eller lignende, hvis jeg var dig. En gennemgående lille fejl du har er, at du skriver "on English" - det hedder "in English".
Og så er jeg ikke sikker på det med "They have to be able to express...". Det er muligvis fint nok, hvis det hentyder til noget, som står før dette stykke tekst, men ellers skulle du definere hvem du mener med "they".
Og jeg garanterer som altid intet :p Håber dog mine påstande og korrektioner er rigtige, og ikke vildledende...
