The article “Too much information” by Fred Guterl describes how the world is different for us young people compared to the one our parents grew up in. Because we are born in to a boom of technology where communication/ knowledge sharing and experience is exchanged via the computer. The technologies includes two forms, videogames (visual oriented experiences) and the chatting term (communication via special programs).

Whit the help of this technology kids and young people develops new skills, which has newer been seen before in the form of greater visual information comprehension, also the skill to concentrate on more the one thing at the time – multitasking.
Could you suspect computer games for making children more antisocial and lonely, as some people does? No because the children talks to each other via the games, and the need to feel the one you are talking to – the intimacy – is still meet even though the conversation is via the computer.

There have been conducted many studies on kids and young peoples brains about visual perception because computer games is suspected to suffocate the brains development and in the worst case the child can develop ADD. But actually the child is development is equal to it time and stimulates other senses then with “regular” play. We see games where the task is to organize the daily life, which leads to help the child create knowledge/experience with the player and makes it better to organize a normal life in the real world.
