Hejsa. Jeg skriver i øjeblikket om eksamensopgave om Vestas. Jeg skal beskrive deres organisation, men det er vildt svært. Jeg skal bestemme mig for om de har produkt/geografiske, funktionelle eller matrix enheder/afdelinger. Er der nogen som har forstand på det!!?? Vær sød at hjælpe mig.

Vestas har fire hovedafdelinger: Vestas towers, Vestas nacelles, Vestas blade og Vestas control systems.

The Vestas organisation is divided into four production units, which have global responsibility for production and sourcing of nacelles, blades, controls systems and towers, respectively.
Vestas Nacelles has factories in Denmark, Norway, Sweden, Germany, Scotland, Spain, Italy, Tasmania and India. Vestas Blades has factories in Denmark, Germany, Italy and Great Britain. Vestas Control Systems has factories in Denmark and Spain, and Vestas Towers has factories in Denmark and Scotland.
