(jeg synes ikke det lyder særlig engelsk at sætte (actually) ind midt i sætningen som man gør på dansk)

Om man siger over his left eye eller above his left eye er lige gyldigt. Der behøver heller ikke at være at i første sætning efter are, men det er heller ikke fejl at skrive det.
