Engelsk grammatik ..

Our friends, Brenda and Brian has just went on vacation, they has drove out to their cottage, which they have had in a few years. The house has been built 14 years ago, and when it was finished, it was sold to Brenda’s mother. The mother died later and Brenda has taken possession of the house. It has been painted and repaired a few times, and they have tried to sell it, but nobody wished to buy it: The times has been difficult. After they have got it in a few years, they decided to keep it. They have sometimes had the house for hire to tourists, and in that way made ends meet. Last summer, we got invited to a party in the house, and some neighbours were asked to come, and when we appeared, we were received with open arms. The weather was not that good, so they had been bored themselves, and had drained glasses, before we arrived. It became a great party, even tough a few of the neighbours was taken to a hospital. We came safe home and has already planned our next visit to the friends.
