Hej, ville høre om i ikke lige ville kigge på følgende "abstract", som er lavet til en opgave, hvilket er grunden til der ikke er nogen dansk version.



The purpose of this assignment was to find out what radioactivity is. To solve this problem is it necessary to know which types of radioactive decay there exist, what half-life period is, and what a decay constant is. At last the connexion between the physical and the mathematical differential equations for half-life period was shown.
The knowledge was found through reading of our physics book and through some WebPages. The information given on these pages was compared to lower the possibility of this to be wrong.
Radioactivity is an unstable nucleon, which decays, and sends out ionizating radiation. The nucleon decays because of a too high energy level in the atom. There exist several types of radioactive decay: Alpha decay, Beta-Negative decay, Beta-Positive decay, Electron capture and Gamma decay. These types of decay decays with a certain speed, this speed is called the half-life period. There is a decay constant to describe the half-life period, which depends, of which nucleus it is.
