Hej allesammen. Har en opgave om "hjernen" i engelsk.
Så har fået skrevet lidt. Der er desværre nogle ord jeg ikke kan på engelsk, som jeg har skrevet i parantes. Så håber I kender ordet og retter det (:

The brain is the most important part of the nervous system. The brain gets messages from senses and nerves about what happen in you, with you and around you. The brain is also the organ, which know, that you are yourself. It is your consciousness. And with your brain, you can control, what you do, and what you think.
The brain is light red or brown. It sends signals to and from all parts of the body trough a big net of nerve cells. With the brain we can move, talk, think, understand, feel, learn and remember. It also regulates automatic functions, (som holder os I live) for example the heartbeat and the respiration. The brain has a very complicated structure. It is organize in several parts, and the several parts have their own functions. The weight of the human brain is about 1,4 kg. (hos an adult)
1,4 kg (masse fedtvæv, er sammenlignet med en supercomputer?)
People say that the brain is just a computer. It is not true, because our brain is very complicated (opbygget) but we can compare our brain with a supercomputer.
