The Top Toy mangement has decided that in order to attract most possible custumers the company will be needing a creative event to take place at the Top toy stand at the exhibition.
Consequently, the management sends a memo to all employees asking eveyone to come up with a good idea for this event, The mangement will give a reward to the employee who comes up with the best idea.

- Write the memo- and present it at the examination
- present your idea for the event by power point, OHP, or you may use other creative methods.

During the time of the exibition one of the Top Toy s trainees ( you ) will visit erhvervskolen Hamlet in order to give the students a breif information of the conditions on which you have been employed as a trainee with Top Toy.
- Make a presentation of your education as a trainee with Top toy

As for newt year s world exhibition for toys you have to book a stand for your company already now.
Therefor, on behalf of Top Toys you write an inquiry to the Exhibition Centre in Hong Kong. You have many questions such as sizes,prices,location,etc. also, you need to know about the various facilities available for the employees attending the exhibition stand. Ask as many questions you may think of in connection with having a stand at an exhibition centre unknown to the company.

- You write the inquiry
- You make up a name and address of the exhibition centre yourself
- You sign the inquiry with your own name

opgave. 5 Job Application
Next year the world exhibition for toys will take place in Hong Kong, and from having spent some time with the retailers from Hong Kong you wish to apply for a job as a trainee with the Top Toy purchasing office in Hong Kong.
Since the Top Toy human resource manager in present at the exhibition you have the opportunity to deliver your application and CV personally to him.
- At the examination you must presnet your application and CV
- Be prepared to take part in a discussions about your expectations from working in a foreign country. Your counterpart will be the human resource manager ( who will be your Teacher at the examination).
