My focus is on the cultural meetings opportunities and limitations seen from the individual immigrant perspective. My center is rounded by youth identity. I have used theories about identity formation and theories about integration, as for instance assimilation and mutual adaption. I have made an analysis and interpretation of the move “Bend it like Beckham”. My conclusion of the cultural meetings opportunities and limitations is that the assimilation strategy is less effective because of the primary socialization. The mutual adaption creates a community between the two cultures. The immigrant gets the opportunities to retain their cultural values.
