There was nothing ind the wallet only address and photo, a man with his mother or grandmother. Some of the times has passed and christmas time has came. Auggie has stil the wallet and didn´t return it, so he decided to return it to its owner Robert Goodwin, though even though he has the wallet in long time with him. He was alone on the Chrismas day, he suposed to be with his boss and the boss´s family on Chritmas day, but they went to Florida visiting relatives. He went to the address and a old women came out of the hause. Auggie find out, the old women is blind and she think Auggie is her son. The old women asked Auggie if he is her son and he said yes, he didn´t know why he says yes, he just did it. He cames in her house and talk with her, she was very happy, they were both not alone on christmas day. He went to the bathroom and there was a lot of stolen cameras, Auggie decided to steal a camera and leave the house. Later he feels blame for stealing the camera and decided to return it to the old women, but she didn't living in that house any more. Auggie think she has passed away, and he kept the camera . Paul Auster think it is a good story with human love and he think it is very lovely the old woman had her last christmas with Auggie even he is not her son.

The ending: Paul Auster belived in Auggie´s Chritmas story. He looked in Auggie eyes and he realized that Auggie lies about the story, it was a not true story. He wanted to ask if the story real or fake but he know that Auggie don´t want tell the true so Paul Auster think it didn´t matter if it was true or fake as long on person belive in it so many people would believe it.
Is this a real Christmas story? Justify your answer: Yes, it can be a real story because it is not a fantasy story eg. Santa claus with gnomes who helping him and a flying reindeer etc. This story is very related to the reality especially now and not before because many old people feels loney and thery family was very busy and not visting them often or never visting them, and before in time it was all about family and the old pople there childrng take care of them and not sent them to a center for elderly.
