The financial crisis had a major effect on the Danish companies. It caused companies to streamline itself to adapt to the fierce competition. Several businesses closed their doors and go bankrupt. This meant that many employees were fired.

Danske Bank was one of those who was hit hard and had to cut down their costs. This task is based on the development of Danish bank strategy during and after the crisis. There will be explained and analyzed in economic development from 2009-2012.

There will be investigated and analyzed how the culture and management style is in Danske Bank and how the developments in employee turnover and efficiency has evolved in recent years. What do Danske Bank to retain its employees?
There will be an analysis of the two main branches of Fyn, where the internal situation will be discussed and analyzed the impact performance and employee turnover.
