Your firm asks what my consideration is, when I go shopping.
I think of several things, especially when it comes, to the meat my family shall eat.
The first thing that I look for, is, that it shall be Danish, no offence to your company ore country. The reason for that is, there is a, regulation the state have put down for all farmers, and the Danish farmer have to observe it. Among some thing the medication has to be very low, and all medication, which the veterinarian, gives to the farmer, is registered. So the regulation is observed by almost every farmer.
When it’s not observed, the veterinarian and the farmer can get at fine. And in extreme caches, the police can get involved, and the police will search the farmer’s house and his stables after irregularities.
And that’s not all – when the animals gets to the slaughterhouse, some of them get tested, and if there’s any remains of medication, antibiotics, ore any sign that the animal had suffer any distress - like a beating, ore a illness that hastened been treated - then the animal, gets discarded, and the farmer will not, get any payment for the animal.
No he will instead get a fine. And in the future, all animals from him will get tested even more, then normal.
All these restriction, give me, some kind of a safety, that the meat is good enough for my family to eat.
